The best BMW service experience I have ever had, period. My 650i engine was in bad shape after being damaged in Northern VA and sitting in a garage for over a year. The team at the shop was able restore my BMW to peak performance!! Drives almost like new! Highly recommended for all BMW services!

Very knowledgeable and transparent. Jack kept me updated every step and even offered real world solutions. This shop is excellent for your German made vehicles and although expensive, really are worth the extra because their customer service goes the extra mile. They offer a service warranty for their work and even offered an Uber ride after dropping my car off one time. They really care about their customers and the services they provide. If and when I canât figure out whatâs wrong with my car or canât fix it myself this is the only shop I trust for my Audi.

Moved to VA and was looking for a reliable BMW specialist shop .. Had a timing chain issue and these guys got me in and out with all needs met, and more. Respectful, vehicle Pictures taken, fixed the problem, recommended necessary future fixes (didnât even know what was going on with my car) .. Way better pricing than a dealership! Definitely will be coming back for more work
